Infrastructure
Our website and data are hosted on Netlify and Supabase, and payments are processed by Square. These providers store your data on secure servers and use industry-standard encryption to protect it in transit and at rest.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, you must have a parent or guardian's consent to use our services.
Data Security

By booking and attending classes at LocoMojo Dance Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Refunds & Transfers
No refunds will be issued once the course term has commenced. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on refunds and credits.
Missed Classes
There is no compensation, make-up class, or credit for any classes missed during your enrolled course term, regardless of the reason for absence.
Health & Safety
You must confirm that you are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in dance classes. You participate at your own risk and assume full liability for any injuries sustained during classes. LocoMojo Dance Academy, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during or as a result of participation in our classes or events.
Behaviour Policy
LocoMojo Dance Academy will not tolerate aggression, violence, bullying, or harassment of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Footwear
You must wear appropriate dance shoes or clean indoor shoes to class. Shoes with sticky or rubber soles are not permitted. The instructor reserves the right to ask you to change your footwear or sit out if your shoes are unsuitable or may damage the floor.
Photography & Recording
Photography and video recording during classes is prohibited except with prior permission from the instructor. LocoMojo Dance Academy may take photos or videos during classes and events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials.
Personal Property
LocoMojo Dance Academy assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please keep your valuables secure during classes.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years of age to attend our classes. Participants under 18 years of age must have written authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in our classes and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Payment Options
Courses can be purchased as either Pay Up Front (full course fee) or Pay Per Week (weekly instalments where available). Both options are subject to the terms below.
No Refunds After Commencement
Once your course term has commenced, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason. This includes but is not limited to: illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, change of mind, or relocation.
Pre-Commencement Refunds
If you need to cancel before your course starts, you may request a full refund by emailing us at hello@locomojo.dance at least 48 hours prior to the first class of your enrolled term. Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the first class may not be honoured.
Course Transfers
You cannot transfer your enrolment to another person. Course bookings are non-transferable.
Discretionary Credits
In exceptional circumstances, LocoMojo Dance Academy may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit towards a future course. Credits are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
Academy Cancellation
If LocoMojo Dance Academy is unable to deliver a course (e.g., due to venue unavailability, instructor illness, or insufficient enrolments), a full refund will be issued to all affected students.
