Am I a 'Leader' or a 'Follower'?
When partner dancing one person fulfils the Leader role and the other person, the Follower role. ‘Leader’ is the terminology for the traditional masculine role in the dance and was historically a male. ‘Follower’ is the terminology for the traditional feminine role in the dance and was historically a female.
